About Peppy Pals

Peppy Pals is a series of award-winning, research-based games, e-books, movies and activities designed to teach all children 2-8 years old about Social and Emotional Intelligence through storytelling and humor.

Our vision

To spark kindness and compassion in every child.

Our aspiration is to equip, strengthen, and nurture children’s social and emotional intelligence. We believe that it is every child’s right to play, and to grow up in a world where teaching kindness and compassion is as fundamental as an academic education.

Our story

Peppy Pals was founded in 2013 in Sweden by Rosie Linder, a business woman and a mother of two. As a parent, Rosie recognized the need for children to be taught social and emotional skills that help them better understand their emotions and build healthy relationships. For a long time she searched for playful tools that would bridge the gap between adults and children – but without luck.

At the same time, she could see the power games had on her two kids. That’s when she thought: “Why not use that power to something more meaningful than the gender stereotypical games out there” – and the rest is history.

Rosie’s vision with founding Peppy Pals is to spark conversations on EQ between adults and children.

By creating a future generation with higher Emotional Intelligence, we wish to create a world without bullying, hatred and exclusion.

Our core values

  • Cheerful – Peppy Pals provide children and parents with cheerful moments that bring them closer together.
  • Inclusive – Peppy Pals can be played by children all over the world as there is no text or language used in the game scenarios. The app also works great for children with special needs such as Autism, ADHD, and Asperger’s (ASD) as well as refugee children.
  • Compassionate – When designing new products, we always begin from the children’s perspective, working alongside both adults and children throughout the whole development process.
  • Playfulness – We believe that children develop their intellectual, emotional, and social skills faster when they play.
